Anti-Abortion Group to Spend $41 Million in 2020

The head of the largest anti-abortion organization in the country has vowed to spend $41 million in the upcoming election cycle to help elect “pro-life” candidates, The Hill reports.  Susan B. Anthony List President Marjorie Dannenfelser said Monday night that her group will “work closely with our local allies on the most ambitious pro-life legislative agenda in history to aggressively challenge, erode and finally overturn Roe v. Wade.  “On top of this, we’ll be protecting our pro-life Senate majority, increasing our ranks in the House, and reelecting [President] Donald Trump,” added Dannenfelser, who served as the chair of the Trump campaign’s anti-abortion coalition in 2016.  Read more:
