Will Rhode Island Follow New York in Legalizing Abortion up to Birth, for Any Reason?

State legislators in Rhode Island have introduced a pair of bills meant to legalize abortion up to the moment of birth, echoing a new law in New York.  Reportedly stoked by fears that the U.S. Supreme Court will soon reverse the landmark 1973 decision Roe v.
