Hungary FM: ‘We Have Been a Christian Country for a Millennium and We Don’t Want to Change That’

CNN’s Christiane Amanpour interviewed Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and seemingly cannot understand why Hungary would want to preserve its Christian heritage. Szijjártó replied: ”We have been a Christian country for a millennium and I don’t really understand why is it bad news that we don’t want to change that. And I don’t understand why it is bad or why it is unacceptable that we would like to stick to our history, to our culture, to our heritage, to our religion.
